What a special day in Kindergarten! 🐥🐥
After patiently watching over their eggs in the incubator, the wait is finally over — the baby chicks hatched! The kindergartners were filled with excitement as they got to see the chicks up close and even hold them for the first time.
Such a precious hands-on moment full of learning, wonder, and lots of tiny chirps!

The 11th grade U.S. history students have worked hard all year long. They were able to show their creativity with this project that had them redesigning “Rosie the Riveter” the famous WWII poster. They had to redesign the colors and come up with a new slogan that celebrated what women achieved. They all did an amazing job!
BOOM!
Brie just crushed one out of the park and officially adds another tally to the Home Run Club!

Makenzie is a current HOSA member. She completed Round 1 testing in Medical Spelling in March, she scored high enough to qualify for State Leadership Conference in Norman. This test was not an easy test with over 350 possible terms and words, as well as testing against Career techs across the state of Oklahoma. Congratulations Makenzie! We are proud of you!!

Kindergarten would like to thank Jean Bailey and OSU extension office for providing the chick embryo project for our classrooms! We have enjoyed learning about the eggs, the life cycle of a chicken, the importance of hand washing, and most of all watching the chicks hatch. 🐣
